What to Expect:

This powerful service is not merely a ceremony, it is a public affirmation of God’s call on Overseer-Designee Patrick O. Billups’ life and a moment of spiritual impartation. During the vesting, the Overseer-Designee Patrick O. Billups will be officially "set apart" to serve in a leadership role within the communion, with specific responsibility for overseeing the youth and young adults within the Communion both foreign & domestic.

This is a moment of celebration, consecration, and commissioning. It is an opportunity for family, friends, ministry partners, and the wider faith community to witness the unfolding of purpose and to stand in agreement with what God is doing in this next generation of leadership.

What do I Need to Wear?: 

Clergy are expected to be in Ministerial Civic Attire or Ceremonial Vestments 

 

Non-Clergy members are encouraged to wear their "Sunday's Best" or Business Attire.
